Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using Canada Post to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Once a package has been shipped and handed over to Canada Post, the jeweler is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, shipping delays, weather-related disruptions, technical issues, or packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to the jeweler because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.



Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email so you can follow the progress of your package and know when to expect delivery.
